Aussie Improv Therapy wants to see you empowered through improvisation processes

We utilise the principles of Improv to teach individuals, therapists, teachers, groups, and organisations to improve communication, practice life skills, embrace imperfection with joy, engage in self-care, and heal through laughter.

How this happens

We provide a safe space where Improv facilitates creative healing and learning. Participants develop improved empathy, self-acceptance, community relationships, being part of a team, mindfulness, playfulness, active listening, and being present in the moment. Improv therapy also addresses performance and social anxiety.
